Joe Durkee has the litigation experience, trial experience and life background that comprise an amalgam custom fit for a successful arbitrator and mediator. Life's rich path of diverse experiences has taken Joe from his active youth in central Oregon to six years in the United States Air Force to a successful career as both a plaintiff and defense trial attorney. Joe has litigated, mediated, arbitrated and tried hundreds of cases in his career, most involving mental and physical injury.
Joe's demeanor is easy going and frank while his style is ethically and pragmatically based. Joe's number one goal is to successfully arbitrate and mediate cases while bringing dignity to the process.
